This high energy adventure takes you to some of Africa’s most exotic landscapes with a focus on gorillas in the African wild. First, we travel to the Republic of Rwanda to visit the mountain gorilla families in the famous Parc National des Volcans, where Dian Fossey once headquartered. Each mountain gorilla family lives under the watchful protection of a giant silverback. Next travel to the Republic of Congo where kinetic and frenetic lowland gorillas swing, climb, and play in the Congo basin rainforest with all its primal mystique. Along the way enjoy wildlife such as elephants, monkeys and birds by the hundreds. There is lots of walking, wandering, kayaking and trekking to keep you fit and engergized.
